Allow us to introduce you to two amazing people: Ana and Miguel. They have recently opened their own gym, Espaço PHI, a beautiful, modern space in the centre of Porto, Portugal.

We visited them and were just blown away by their dedication, care, and attention to detail in everything they do. The results are very clear to see in this amazing workout:
